Collected and processed over 30,000 customer emails from a healthcare insurance mailbox to automate email triage. Collaborated with insurance experts to manually label the data and define classification categories. Trained and iteratively refined an NLP model for intent detection, improving accuracy through feedback loops, significantly reducing manual handling by support staff.
